Illegal Tresspassing

In a recent Clackamas County case, Mr. Busch succeeded in proving that a tenant willfully ignored a court-ordered agreement preventing an unauthorized person from entering his client’s mobile home park.

The unauthorized person had a criminal record and was only allowed to enter the park at very limited times. At the court hearing, Mark called a series of witnesses to prove – despite the tenant’s protestations – that the tenant had clearly violated the agreement. The judge agreed.
